Our Hostel and School has the Privilege to have healthy and harmonious ambience and credit of it goes to blessings of the God able  guidance of elite  management and the  diligence put in by  the learned teachers. We are going to adopt the Hostel System of Sainik School. This Institution has played a cascading role in the career and personality of innumerable students who have brought laurels to the school State and country a like. We are in the post modern era where science and technology are the career stones on which the edifice of society rests. The advancement in the field of communication has put us an the information super highway. We have to keep pace with the ever changing world. In this session the Hostel Authority is going to start certified courses like English speaking, Computer Fundamentals,  etc. for the career upliftment of the students.     ADMISSION SCHEDULE


    1. Admission will start from  1st April to 12th April
    2. With late Fee ( 100/- Rs Per Day) 12th April to 15th April .
    3. After this no admission will be given in any case if there is statutory provision in this regard by Hostel and School Authority.
    4. Firstly the student has to pass the entrance exam of the Hostel and school Authority.
    5. Hostel for 5th to 10th classes.

    HOSTEL FEE STRUCTURE


    1. Hostel Fee :- 5th and 6th classes Rs.3000,  7th and 8th classes Rs.3500,  9th and 10th Rs.4000 Per Month.
    2. The Hostel security will be charged Rs. 5000/- at the time of admission which is refundable.
    3. The Hostel Fee will be charged 1st to 10th day of the month, after 10th ,30/- Per day will be charged.
    4. The Security will be refund after completion of the two sessions and no dues  signed by the Hostel   Authority.  The Security will not be refund in case of suspension or expulsion.
    5. Some meetings in which father and mother both presences is compulsory they have to attend the meeting as per the instruction of the hostel authority.
    6. Mother and Father will compulsory to attend the meeting as per the Instruction of Hostel Authority otherwise hundred rupees fine will be charged.


    RULES AND DUITIES OF THE STUDENTS


    1. After leaving the Hostel room the students have to enter name, date and time of Departure in the Door Register. 
    2. The students have to follow the rules and regulation of the Hostel.
    3. The Sunday will be off and Parents can take their wards as per the Permission of the Hostel Authority.
    4. Leave should be sanctioned by the Hostel Authority.
    5. In case of the illness the student has to produce the Medical Certificate.
    6. Students have to write their requirements in the requirement register.
    7. In case of any indiscipline, hostel enrollment of the student will be cancelled.
    8. Ragging is band in the hostel campus. If any  student found involved in ragging will be punished appropriately  which may include:-
    9. Suspension and Expulsion from the Hostel and School.
    10. Fine with public apology.  
    11. Withholding scholarship and other benefits. 
    12. Hostel Track Suit and Hostel use slipper will be provided by Hostel authority. But the parents have to pay the cost of the Track suits and Hostel use slipper.
    13. Notice Board :-

                                      All the Hostel students must read the Notice Boards on a regular basis to keep abreast of the latest developments in the Hostel. A regular visit to the notice board throughout the year will save the students from many problems.


    “DISCIPLINE” :-
                             Mobile are strictly banned in Hostel Campus” Hostel and school is a silence Zone. The academic atmosphere of the Hostel should not be disturbed by ringing mobile bell/ songs or by raising slogans in the campus. Students are expected to confirm to certain norms of decent behavior in and out of the hostel and school. They are advised not to pollute the atmosphere of the Hostel and school in any way.


                                     Those who indulge in acts of indiscipline would invite disciplinary action such as reprimand. Imposition,  suspension or expulsion.

    GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS


    1. Meeting will be held  time to time and presence of Parents /Guardian is mandatory. But In some meeting presence of both Mother and Father is Mandatory. In case of absence Rs. 100/- Will be charged.
    2. Parents and Guardian have to attend all the Hostel Function as per the Instruction of Hostel Authority. Otherwise Rs.100/- fine will be charged.

     CAREER GUIDANCE AND COUNSELLING 


    The Hostel provides special facilities to student for getting career information and vocational guidance best suited to their aptitude , interests and other related factors the cell also provides information regarding the availability of facilities for higher, general and professional education in  India and abroad , scholarship, fellowship, apprenticeship, research and travel grants, competitive examination , job opportunities, employment outlook etc. Student are advised in their own interest to contact the Bureau personally before making a final choice of their careers and  course  of studies. The welcomes enquires regarding the world of work. Detailed information can be obtained from the teacher incharge of different wings.


    REMEDIAL TEACHING AND IMPROVE THE ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILL


    Remedial Teaching cell in the Hostel provides free coaching to the academically weak students. And improve the English Speaking skill of the hostel students.

     

    ANNUAL PRIZE DISTRIBUTION FUNCTION OF THE HOSTEL


     The prize Distribution Function ofthe Hostel is held annually towards the end of the academic year in the month of February. Prize, Medals,  Certificates of Merit will be awarded to the students winning distinctions in studies, cultural activities & sports during the session.
